Hamlet, The Barbican and Benedict Cumberbatch
A year from now, actor Benedict Cumberbatch will be playing Hamlet at the Barbican in London. Perhaps most famous for his role as Sherlock in the BBC series, Cumberbatch is no stranger to Shakespeare. His credits include Romeo and Juliet, Love’s Labour’s Lost and A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Regent’s Park’s Open Air Theatre.
