Alberto Bali was chosen as one of the 45 top posterists in the world to create a
“La Gitanne” cigarette poster in honor of Max Ponty, the creator of the brand’s trademark. Bali’s design was a black silhouette of a dancing gypsy fandangoed against a cloud of smoke.
