DESCRIPTION:

Au Départ (which translate as “At the departure”) was a Parisian trunkmaker founded in Paris in 1834. It is still considered as one of four greatest French trunk-makers alongside Louis Vuitton, Goyard and Moynat.
In 1965, Au Depart and Moynat merged and were in business until 1977. The Moynat brand for its part was purchased by a holding of Bernard Arnault in 2010 and has been relaunched since December 2011 with the opening of a flagship store at 348, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris.
Please add four inches per side- the design has been beautifully matted in a 2 inch black mat.
